Payment Policies
We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Midlands Choice, and The Lactation Network. Your insurance will be billed for the services provided.
Ultimately, each client remains responsible for full payment for services. You are responsible for providing us with accurate insurance information and informing us of any changes in your insurance status; if you do not have coverage at the time we see you, you will be responsible to pay at our self-pay rate.
If we aren't in network with your insurance company we offer self pay rates. We can take cash, credit card, HSA or FSA. An invoice will be sent via e-mail.
