We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care and Midlands Choice. Your insurance will be billed for the services provided.
Ultimately, each client remains responsible for full payment for services. You are responsible for providing us with accurate insurance information and informing us of any changes in your insurance status; if you do not have coverage at the time we see you, you will be responsible to pay at our self-pay rate.
If we aren't in network with your insurance company we will take payment and provide you with a superbill (serves as payment receipt) that can be given to your insurance company. We can take cash, credit card, HSA or FSA. An invoice will be sent via e-mail.
